Prices

We endeavour to make our pricing as simple and straightforward as possible.

  • Hire fee – To secure your wedding date payment of the hire fee is required, this can be paid in two instalments if the amount is over £1,000
  • Food and drink costs – We do not permit any external catering, all food and drinks are provided by Pembroke Lodge. The food and drink prices at the time of booking are guaranteed for your wedding day.

What is included in the hire fee:

  • Expert advice from the first viewing to the departure of your last guest
  • Set up as specified by you
  • Tables and Chairs (including high chairs)
  • Table Linen
  • A Cake knife and Cake Stand
  • China, Cutlery and Glassware
  • A Master of Ceremonies and banqueting staff
  • PA system and Radio Microphone
  • Sound system, speakers and lighting system
  • Personalised table menus, seating plan and table names

Excluded:

  • Food, Drinks, the Registrar’s Fees, Floral Decorations, Chair covers, entertainment, photography, the wedding cake
